Print Deck is a dedicated 4.3-inch touchscreen controller for your 3D printer.
Live telemetry, real job controls, an on-demand camera stream and cryptographically
signed firmware updates — no laptop, no cloud middleman, no compromises.

01 / THE DECK
Every printer function, dealt to one screen
Six purpose-built screens put the controls you actually reach for — telemetry, job state, camera, files — a thumb-tap away, right at the printer.
Dashboard & live telemetry
Nozzle, bed and chamber temperatures, fan level, layer counts and time remaining — streamed over local MQTT and rendered the instant they change. Partial updates and stale idle data are handled correctly, so what you see is what the printer is doing.
Shipping in v0.7.2
Real job controls
Pause, resume and cancel — with confirmation on cancel and state-aware locking, so commands only unlock when the job state actually allows them. The chamber-light toggle is already physically verified on the P1S.

Camera, on demand
An encrypted local stream from P1-family cameras, hardware-decoded on the ESP32-P4 and scaled in silicon. It runs only while the Camera page is open — leave the page and every multi-megabyte buffer is released.
Shipping in v0.7.2
Signed, self-healing updates
LAN OTA with dual application slots, RSA-3072 signature enforcement, a five-minute physical authorization window, image validation before activation and automatic rollback if a build fails to confirm a stable boot.

02 / THE HARDWARE
Six screens. Zero laptops.
A 4.3-inch ST7701S display at 800×480, a GT911 capacitive touch panel and
PWM brightness control, driven by an ESP32-P4 with an ESP32-C6 handling Wi-Fi.
Dashboard, Job, Control, Files, Camera and System screens — each one designed for glancing, not digging.
Native four-bit SDMMC storage with FAT32 mounting, free-space readouts and manual rescan.
Persistent clock with SNTP sync and fifteen timezone presets covering UTC and major regions.
Diagnostics built in — uptime, reset reason, heap and PSRAM watermarks, stack high-water marks and a 512 KiB coredump partition.
Print Deck firmware ships with a regression suite, release invariants and on-device diagnostics — because a controller you can't trust is worse than none at all.

What's shipped, what's next
We publish the roadmap exactly as it stands — built, being built, and planned. No vaporware dressed up as features.

Being built now
A real file browser with local .3mf indexing, print initiation from the Files screen, encrypted-at-rest credentials, broader HMS error interpretation, and long-duration hardware regression testing.
Planned
On the horizon
Axis jogging, AMS monitoring and control, multi-printer profiles, X1 Carbon and H2D compatibility, the novahorizon.net remote dashboard, and Jetson-powered AI print verification.

only when your controller is built and ready to ship. First run is for the Bambu Lab P1S —
the next manufacturer family is chosen once this run is complete.
